The application form should include the following information:

-          paper title;

-          3-5 keywords;

-          Given name (patronymic) and surname of the author/authors;

-          Affiliation (institution);

-          Educational status or degree (student, post-graduate student, PhD, Professor, etc.)

The layout of the papers should meet the requirements given below. Deadline for submission of application forms and papers: April 15, 2012. Application deadline extended until 30 August 2010. Authors will be informed about the decision of the Program Committee by e-mail before June 1, 2012. Papers accepted will be published before the Conference.

Guidelines for the authors

The total length of the paper should not, in general, exceed 1500 words. Papers in MS Word and PDF formats should be e-mailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . The Word document should be in RTF format using 13pt Arial Unicode MS with 1.5 line spacing. The margins should be 2 cm (left, right, top, and bottom); the text should be justified left and right with 1 cm indenting paragraph. The pages of the text should be numbered in the middle of the top. Divisions in the text should be avoided.

Below the name and surname of each author, the name of a corresponding organization, city, and country should be written. E-mail address should be given as well. Keywords (no more than 3-5) should be printed before the text of the paper.

Words in the text may be printed in bold or italics (for emphasis); capital letters, spacing, and underlining should be avoided. Glosses should be given in apostrophes (‘ ’). References should be given in square brackets and formatted in the following way: [surname_of_the_first_author_or_the_first_word_of_the_title the_year_of_publication].

References are given according to the international standard in the alphabetical order at the end of the paper after the heading “References”. The references should not be numbered.

All kinds of notes (footnotes) at the bottom of the page should be automatically numbered.

If characters not presented in Arial Unicode MS are used, these fonts should be submitted with the paper. The following filename format is recommended: author’s_surname.rtf (for example, ivanov.rtf).
