lexis to be included into the new generation of Belarusian general dictionaries
the terminological database of reference type has been created. It compiles
Belarusian terminological units from 58 terminography products, which have been
published after 1979 and provide definitions for the terms. The database can be
considered as a multi-purpose language and information resource as it makes
accessible the data not only about the terms and terminological products'
peculiarities but also about the subject fields.

Summary. In
Serbia in the middle of the 17th century an important scrivener
center was being developed in the monastery of Racha on the Drina River. During
the Great Migration in 1690 with the Patriarch Arsenije III Charnojevic and the
multitude of people, the brotherhood of the Racha monastery left their
habitation and moved far north, to the Hungarian country. In the new
surrounding, on the spacious territory from Buda and Szentendre up to Komarno,
the Racha scribes continued to transcribe books until the middle of the 18th
century, nurturing the characteristics of the Racha scrivener tradition which
mark some manuscripts as typical for Racha. The use of some characteristic
forms of letters and characters, the use of cursive writing and thus breaking
monotony, as well as a particular way of letter decoration are the elements of
the alphabet specific for this tradition.
