The total length of the paper should not, in general, exceed 8500 characters. Papers in MS Word and PDF formats should be e-mailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . The Word document should be in RTF format using 13-pt Arial Unicode MS with 1.5 line spacing. The margins should be 2 cm on the left, right, top and bottom; the text should be justified left and right with 1 cm indenting paragraph. The pages of the text should be numbered in the middle of the top. Divisions in the text should be avoided.

Below the surname of each author the name of corresponding organization, city and country should be written. For timely contact, an e-mail address should be given. Keywords (no more than 3-5) should be printed before the text of the article.

Words in the text may be printed in bold face or italics for emphasis; capital letters, spacing and underlining should be avoided. Glosses should be given in apostrophes (‘ ’). References are given in square brackets and formatted in the following way: [the first word of the title the year of publication, the volume/issue/part number: page number].

References to previous publications are given in the alphabetical order at the end of the article after the heading “Bibliography” and according to the current state standard (GOST). The references should not be numbered.

All kinds of footnotes (not references) should be automatically numbered at the bottom of the page.

If characters not present in Arial Unicode MS are required, these fonts should be used and included in the e-mail with the above files. The following filename format is recommended: section number_author’s surname_tez.rtf (for example, 2_ivanov_tez.rtf). If you are not certain of the section number, print “0”. Sections will be enumerated by the program committee later.
