Abstract submission

Abstracts should be sent to elmanuscript2018.slawistik@univie.ac.at. The following information has to be included:

·         Paper title;

·         5-10 keywords;

·         Author’s (authors’) first and last names;

·         Affiliation (institution);

Abstracts are limited to 200 words and to be sent to elmanuscript2018.slawistik@univie.ac.at in both .DOC/.DOCX/.ODT and PDF formats.

Deadline for abstracts: 25 January 2018.

Application deadline extended until 28 February 2018. 

Reviewing: The abstracts submitted to the conference will be peer-reviewed. The Programme Committee will reject papers not meeting the conference themes or quality requirements. The reviewers’ comments will be transmitted to the authors.

Notifications of acceptance by the Program Committee will be sent by email from 1 to 15 March 2018. The accepted abstracts will be published before the conference.

Registration opens 15 Mai and ends 31 August 2018.

Registration fee: The organisation committee is making every effort to keep the registration fee for the conference to a minimum. The precise fee and the preliminary conference programme will be announced by 1 April 2018.

For the accomodation in Vienna (Sept. 14th-16th) we recommend the Campus Hostel (URL: https://mynext.at/de/campus-hostel/ ),

TRANSFER  TO AND FROM KREMS 

There will be shuttle-buses from Vienna to Krems and back:

For Krems: Sunday, Sept. 16th, departing at 9.30 hrs. from the Votivkirche/Straße des 8. Mai, near the main building of Vienna University. 

For Vienna: Tuesday, Sept. 18th, departing at 10.00 hrs., probably from the Kolpinghaus.

The transfers will be free of charge for all participants having paid a fee as well as for the organisers. 

 

CONFERENCE-DINNER ON THE OPENING DAY

The organizers intend to host a joint dinner on the campus of the University on the first evening. 

 

SIGHTSEEING AND HEURIGER-EVENING IN KREMS

There will be a sightseeing walk in the city of Krems for all participants and accompanying persons on Monday afternoon. 

Afterwards, the conference will end in a dinner at the Heuriger.
